It is 5:21 PM here and we still do not have mail. Is it a holiday? Are there laws about this, does anyone know? How long of a lunch break is our mail guy taking? 5 hours?

March 27th, 2006 at 11:20 AM Sometimes the postal guy gets way behind because the inspector is following him around making observations that will make delivering the mail more arduous than it already is. This happens at least once a year. Or someone has called in sick and your mailman does 2 delivery routes in one day instead of just one. Both of these things have contributed to the second cause of death in the workplace: homicide or "going postal"
