Elly and Jenny are done designing their fall line.
Here's the goods: Lena, Alison, Hem Ställe, Orchard House.
Now the work of making the actual clothes that they will sell begins. Between Elly with the dress-making and me re-doing the basement, Tova has learned how to make the bed, drive, cook, pay the electric bill online, skin a buck, and dress a pheasant. All on her own.
Congratulations to them both for overcoming great odds, including but not limited to:
- Breaking serger blades
- Husbands in med school and boyscout camp
- Fabric company errors
- Poobutton-dot-com and USB humping dogs
- Table saws
- Moving targets
- Me making fun of their poses
- An acute shortage of little slave kids to do the sewing for them
